Why super-slow jogging aims for 180

Super-slow jogging is about small strides, high cadence, and a slow pace. Holding roughly 180 steps per minute with tiny steps keeps the intensity in the aerobic Zone 2 — the most sustainable band for fat-burning and cardio. This tool reads the vertical bob of your hips from the camera to work out your cadence: the screen turns green between 175–185 and a voice nudges you when you drift, so you never have to look at a watch.
